I wanted to try the "Kei" from the Oroku series.
I was also torn between this and "Iyu", which I was also interested in, but I was lucky enough to find a ⭐5, so I selected this one this time!
When I opened the bottle and poured it, I was surprised by the gorgeous acidity and citrus-like aroma.
The mouthfeel is a little fresh with gas and acidity, but it is full of juicy, deep flavor that is typical of the Ohroku series. The mellow sweetness and astringency give an impression similar to that of white wine.
However, the bitterness in the back end and the light thirst-quenching taste make it seem like a beer, making it an interesting and complex taste!
The contradictory tastes and flavors are hard to describe, but this unique world view is a quintessential "Ohroku" 👍.
I'm getting more and more addicted to the world of "Oh-Roku"!
I'm going to try to complete ⭐5 at this rate...!
