The first Tsurugajo + drinking iron start in really 35 years!
I wonder how I look now from the perspective of my 35 years ago.
This sake is so refreshing that it is hard to believe it is junmai.
However, it is not watery and has a nice aroma.
It is a delicious sake.
As a technical person on the side, I am truly in awe of the toji-san who creates this kind of sake flavor.
