Junmai Ginjo Mansaku no Hana Tsukiyo Rich Sweet
Purchased as another bottle of pre-bought sake in Kyoto.
We will drink it cold.
The color is clear, almost colorless, with a faint yellow tinge.
The nose has a sweet, ripe fruit aroma. It has aromas of ripe peaches and pears.
The rich sweetness of the aroma made me imagine sweetness and umami, but instead of feeling sweetness and umami at the same time, the sweetness has volume, and the umami expands after swallowing.
When the temperature rises, the richness and deep umami can be felt.
It has a slight bitterness to it, and even though it is sweet, it does not become dull.
It's a good taste and I like it.
