Tasted it and bought it because it was so delicious!
When I opened the package, it was just sour!
It's different from what I had before... It's different from what I had before...
But I let it sit overnight and the flavor came through.
In my opinion, it would be better to let it sit for a while after opening.
After the sharp acidity, which is slightly stimulating to the tongue, the umami of the rice comes in gradually. The aroma that passes through the nose is also refreshing!
Also, the full-bodied acidity of the lactic acid bacteria type has a deep flavor. ✨️
