This is another one that wasn't on the menu.
The guy at the restaurant said he couldn't taste it because he hadn't tasted it😅.
It's flat at the beginning, but the fruity ginjo aroma and sweet flavor follows very quickly afterwards.
It is easy to drink, with no hint of sake yeast yeast.
