RigelI haven't been able to drink for a while due to health issues, but it's been a premium month at least 😗. Today I feel like I finally opened a new bottle of Hanayo. Bought it at my usual liquor store. By the way, there was also a Ginpu but I went through it🙄. I started with the supernatant. The aroma is like a ripe pineapple hana-yoku without the graininess for a long time. Not as perfumy as Ginfu used to be, but clear and sweet. There is also a sense of effervescence, perhaps because it was kept well refrigerated. The taste is a combination of sweetness and graininess, and it is thick, so it is quite a solid drink! The taste is extremely fruity, but there is a slight graininess in the aftertaste, so it is surprisingly suitable for a mealtime drink. When mixed with lees, the aroma mellows out. It is more like a combination of fruitiness and graininess. The juicy flavor comes to the fore and the graininess is reduced, making it easy to drink for everyone. It is light, but very drinkable, and has a taste that is typical of jun-dai. Other reviews are mixed, but considering this season's Hana-yosu, I think it is a modern taste that has gone all out!
