This is my first time to try Shigaizumi Sake 😎.
I'm a bit addicted to Nagano sake these days 😁.
Opening the bottle....
It smells like a refreshing dry sake ☺️.
In the mouth, it's as clear and dry as expected.
However... it only lasts for a moment, and the soft sweetness and acidity spread out to give you a refreshing and enjoyable taste 😍.
It's a beautiful sake 😚.
On the third day, I tried heating it up, and the umami was concentrated at about top-heat to hot, and it became incredibly delicious, glossy and thick 😍.
