Simple sweet and spicy
The nose is reminiscent of muscat-like sweetness. From a mellow attack, the wine is sweet like cotton candy, then turns pungent and bitter, and finishes with a sharp finish.
Compared to other Yokoyamatos, it seemed simple. Each aroma and flavor is easy to recognize and interesting.
