It has been a long time since I have had a bottle of Jukyu from Nagano Prefecture. It has a crisp, acidic taste.
The aroma through the nose is irresistible!
I was told before that the name "Jyuukyu" was a reference to the wish that this sake would someday become a full-fledged adult.
It is indeed a sake that has been growing all these years.
