The one recommended by Nanbu Bijin that is not available in many other places.
The rice used was 100% Iwate's sake rice, Ginginga. The yeast used is Iwate's original Giovanni no Chikara (great name), an all-Iwate sake!
This is also an apple. Juicy acidity.
Good rice flavor, sweetness and some bitterness in the aftertaste. ❤️
But is sake from an apple producing area an apple?
