For the first time in about 20 years, I processed catfish and made tempura. Surprisingly, it had no smell or habit and was a little different from the image I had in the past 🤔. In a good sense, anyone can eat it, in a bad sense, it has no individuality and no flavor. It is a pairing failure as it is very much defeated by the deliciousness of the sake. LOL! The fried sweetfish is stable 🆗.
