morkzgReally nice fruity edge to this rice-forward nose. There's apple, melon, banana, and a hint of dairy. Like a tokubetsu honjozo.
The palate is excellently balanced. Rice and cereal based with some dairy and hints of fruit like the nose. There is also some great umami like mushrooms and chestnuts that fill out the body, but it's still a very clean sip.
The finish is elegantly short, but not necessarily dry.
