Saku Junmai Ginjo Omachi. The aroma reminds me of a gorgeous green apple. The smooth texture has a thick, thick flavor and acidity, followed by a moderate sweetness that fades out nicely, with a soft but dry bitterness that I like, and a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.
