マグロ漁船
The other day I went to Okayama to buy some Bizen Pottery as a birthday present.
At that time, I found this sake at a liquor store in Bizen. It was a cel version of Kure, which I've always wanted to try.
The liquor store was out of most of the Okayama sake, but they had plenty of Tosa sake.
I was also disappointed to find that the oysters on the half shell I was planning to buy at the roadside station were sold out.
Kure is a representative of Tosa's light, dry sake.
However, this is a sweet sake made with Kochi's cel yeast. The alcohol content is also a little low.
The aroma that rises is fluffy and fruity.
When you put it in your mouth, the melon-like aroma spreads to your mouth and combines with the sweet flavor.
It is light and refreshing, so it is not too strong and can be drunk quickly.
Although it is not spicy, it has a crispness that does not linger, and surprisingly, it goes well with sashimi.
It is a light, sweet and refreshing sake.
The label is said to be the image of a melon. It makes sense.
I like it 85 points.
