KumakichiBunraku Junmai Daiginjo by Kitanishi Shuzo, which was recommended to me by a liquor store I patronize.
I couldn't afford to buy it because it comes in a nice box and the price is quite expensive, but as I like AGEO and Sairai by Kitanishi Shuzo, I just had to have it!
It tastes like a combination of Sairai and Bunraku!
It has a gorgeous aroma and a beautiful sweetness that fills your mouth when you take a sip, but it is easy to drink because it goes down smoothly.
It is easy to drink as a food sake or without a topping.
