This sake is fruity and umami, and has a luxurious feeling of having various elements all at once. There is also a fair amount of acidity, which is not at all annoying.
It's been a while since I've had it, but I still think it's great.
The balance is so good that it doesn't need much food, which is different from the other sakes I had today.
