The top aroma is a little rummy and citrusy.
There is also a sweet aroma.
I can't describe how good the aroma is 😆.
I thought it was sweet at first when I drank it.
but it is quite crisp and dry.
It has a tangy part and a bitterness
There's also a rather pronounced bitterness.
I can see why the brewer calls it a food sake.
Second day
The good aroma is still there.
The individual flavors that were strong yesterday
The individual flavors, which were strong yesterday, are now well integrated
The taste has changed to a nice, calm taste.
Today's taste is clearly better 😋.
It's also a better food wine. ⤴️
I should have left more for the first day 😭
