T.KISOScoring: ☆☆☆☆ Project sake with students of prefectural university🍶. The concept is to create easy-to-drink sake that young people can easily pick up and enjoy. The students of the prefectural university are taking the lead in designing the sake quality, producing rice, developing yeast, brewing sake, and even designing the label. They have been doing this for about 20 years now? I'll have it for the first time (laughs). I picked it up because I thought it was simple and tasteful, unlike the labels I've had in the past 🤣. A little cemedine-like, which is typical of Naba Shoten.
