Now that Nobby is back to perfect condition, I'm going to compare two bottles of Niimasa, which have been stored in the back of the fridge for a while because they were too good to drink 😋.
Let's start with Viridian.
It has a light aroma - Nobby says he can smell the wood. Correct💮 because it's made in wooden vats.
Light light acidity and a little bitterness.
Mmmm delicious 😌.
I only have one set of Riedel glasses, so one of them is a 100-ish boar cup 😓.
I knew the glass would change the aroma 😳
The difference between Riedel and 100s is obvious 😩.
