Honjozo sake. It is also an unusual sake with an alcohol content of 15 degrees.
The yeast is Ogawa yeast. As one would expect from Ibaraki Prefecture, there is a lot of it.
The sake is smooth, mild, and light.
Perhaps it is because it is alkalo-sweetened, but it has a nice crispness to it.
This is a pure sake, isn't it?
It was an easy-to-drink food sake.
