I drank this sake a month ago 😅
It's been a long time since I've had a bottle of St. 🤩The material of the label on the bottle gives it a luxurious feel.
The smell after opening the bottle is a sweet smell! It's like sugar candy like cotton candy!
When poured into a glass, fine air bubbles stick to the glass.
When you put it in your mouth, it's like cotton candy, sweet! But there is also a slight orangey acidity 🍊
There is also a light gassy sensation!
This is... sweet... very sweet to me!
I felt it was too sweet, so I warmed it up a bit and I liked it better than cold 😅.

Kozo-san is an Omachi lover! I have an image of Sei as a strong sweet and acidic gasiness, but this one is quite sweet 😉 It's quite sweet with cotton candy 😅I wonder if it would have been better if it had a stronger gasiness? 🤔
