Shinshu Kamerei after a long absence
It is the same Hitogokochi Junmai Ginjo as the summer Ginjo, but the color of the bottle is different.
The aroma is a little mild, but there is a fresh, green grass-like smell that gives the impression of being quite refreshing even though it is fire-aged.
The taste is fresh and fruity, with a well-balanced sweetness and umami that is typical of Shinshu Kamerei, with a slight berry-like acidity and sweet and sour nuances.
It is very easy to drink with a light mouthfeel and good sharpness.
A very tasty and slightly dangerous sake!
