Kazuma Sake Brewery has been producing sake with rice grown entirely in Noto. We have worked with our contract farmers to cultivate abandoned farmland in Noto and return it to rice paddies, which is equivalent to six times the size of the Tokyo Dome. We are now unable to make it happen by our own efforts.
This sake is brewed with rice from Noto and brewing water from Shinshu at Okazaki Shuzo, the brewer of "Shinshu Kamerei" in Nagano Prefecture, with whom we have had a close relationship for a long time.
