I bought a bottle of sake in Matsumoto in the fall, put it away in the fridge and completely forgot to drink it.
Two months after I bought it, I opened the bottle.
It has a rich aroma and a dry, refreshing taste.
It has a punchy taste.
I paired it with a one-pot dish of turnips with grated radish.
Both the nabe and the sake went well and I was pleasantly intoxicated.
The rice used for the sake is unknown.
Polishing ratio is 55%.
