Keihan Department Store Japanese Sake Festival ⑫
Tochigi Ai at the Tasting (2)
Sawa Hime was personally positioned as the main dish of this event.
Mr. Touji Sato was there!
We drank
Special Junmai Gohyakumangoku
Strong umami and a little fruitiness
Junmai Ginjo Hitogokochi
Refreshing aroma and gentle sweetness. This is the most well-balanced.
Junmai Tochigi Sake 14
I have had a draft sake before, and the impression of a strong and sweet sake is almost the same.
Yamahai Junmai Hitogokochi
It says "wild," but I couldn't really tell.
I think it's wilder than the nama-hashiroshi.
Juicy Yamahai, bursting with umami.
Junmai Gold
It's sweet but has a strong sense of maturity. It is like Shaoxing sake.
It seems to go well with Japanese sweets. It tastes like a typical matured sake, so I think the perversity is low.
When I told him how hard it was to open the nigori I drank at New Year's, he asked me if I bought it at Ikoma-san. I was asked if I bought it at Ikoma-san.
Maybe they don't wholesale to other liquor stores in Kansai?
Other liquor stores said they only get orders from time to time.
I am looking forward to the new shipment of the Jun, Jungin, and Yamahai versions of Nama-Harakai sake from Icoma.
