My first visit to Kochi Prefecture since I started keeping track of my apps.
It was the end of November and I wanted to pair it with sashimi, so I chose drunken whale.
You can usually find drunk whale in supermarkets, but I went to a local sake shop and bought a bottle of sake!
Tokujun Nama-shu (freshly pressed sake)
I bought some sashimi at Kadokami Gyorui and bought some KP!
Ahhhh, this crisp and dry sake!
Of course it goes well with it!
Chill it and finish with acidity and a tangy aftertaste!
Perfect!
If you drink it by itself before going to bed, the change in spiciness from the delicious rice flavor is also very tasty!
Next, I'm going to have bonito for dinner!
