けいけい
The color is slightly darker than the other cloudy types. In the mouth, one first senses acidity with a grain-like sweetness. The gasiness is strong, and there is a lingering miscellaneous taste that is typical of low-polished rice.
Compared to sparkling wine, it seems a bit tart, as I often drink bruts with low residual sugar content.
Perhaps this is due to the fact that many of Hiroshima's local sakes are brewed with soft water, and while there are few with a gaseous taste, I think it is a distinctive feature.
However, there are many Kamerei in the lower price range that are dry and easy to drink, so I don't dare to choose this one.
