Gifu is Tajimi's Sanzenmori, and this is the first sake I've ever had.
I still don't properly understand the definitions of "Amakuchi" and "Karakuchi" in sake, but I was recommended to buy Karakuchi. In a bottle!
It is served well chilled in the refrigerator.
It is refreshing and dry.
The mouthfeel is like water, but when you put it in your mouth, it feels muddy and a little sour.
But it has no peculiar smell or taste, and is very easy to drink.
It is a very easy to drink sake.
Today we had it after dinner, but it will go well with any kind of food.
And the taste changes when it's at room temperature, so we'll try it at room temperature next time!
