Junmai Daiginjo quality junmai sake with a full flavor from the moment it enters the mouth and both fragrant and fresh. Even though it is Junmai sake, Gazanryu is all ginjo brewed. It is a new challenge to the "standard Junmai-shu" that the brewer is aiming for, the "Chou Uraku Gazanryu".

Sake rice : 100% Omachi, sake brewing rice produced in Okayama Prefecture
