Traveling in Shinshu on Day 2
Entering the inn in time for the fastest check-in time, we first enjoy the onsen (hot springs) ♨️
Then, we went to the dinner we were looking forward to 🍴.
This time, we ordered a full course of Shinshu Wagyu Beef and enjoyed the delicious meat 😋.
I thought it would be impolite to Shinshu if I didn't order some sake to go with such delicious food, so I ordered some locally brewed sake 🍶.
Taisetsukei Alps Ginjo.
A cool, sweet rice aroma, juicy sweetness on the palate with a slight bitterness that lingers and finishes with a gorgeous fruity sweet aftertaste and a hint of apple flavor that is typical of Shinshu sake.
This is delicious 😁.
To be paired with Shinshu wagyu beef, I would pair it with fish from the sea and the mountains, Shinshu salmon, sweetfish, and striped horse mackerel sashimi 💖.
Shinshu is the place to get drunk ✨.
