Alcohol content: 14% or more, but less than 15%.
I ended up drinking it again today...
Golden Week is upon us!
I've been trying to find a (slightly) lower alcohol drink. I've left it in the cellar even though it was freshly pressed😅.
I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's good.
It has a good aroma
It's dry and goes well with strong food.
Cheap!
I was thinking of using it as cooking sake if I had any left over, but... (I won't say any more (laughs))
