Here is a chart diagram for my own drinking comparison. I am sure some of you will point out that this is not true! I am sure some of you will point this out to me. I would appreciate it if you could tell me.
(My impression after drinking it)
It looks a little cloudy like lees. It has a fresh and fruity aroma like muscat, which is typical of tank Shibori. In the mouth, there is no tingling sensation and the flavor of sweet and sour lychee with a hint of umami fills the mouth. I felt it was richer than the Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki & Gohyakumangoku that I drank two years ago.
