Because it's delicious! So, we opened a bottle of Masamune Honjozo. I hear that it doesn't taste like Aruzoe, but if anything, I think it is a sake that expresses Aruzoe's nighttime taste very well...! It has a good balance of sweetness, sourness, and bitterness. The sweetness is not too strong, and the acidity is also present, but the bitterness shows up a little bit, and it is very sharp. It is a delicious sake when chilled. It is a coherent and beautiful sake. The lightness of the mouthfeel makes it easy to drink without getting tired. A wonderful food sake.
