It is a special junmai from Hirotogawa. Anyway, it is always delicious no matter what time of day it is drunk. Especially the special junmai, Hirotogawa (big emphasis).
I think I have said before that this is the most central sake in the world, but if I make it the center, it might cause a lot of commotion. If you haven't had it, by all means, please do!
