So this time we opened a bottle of this one 🍶!
Takeba made by Okazaki Sake Brewery!
I was curious about Okazaki Shuzo's Gohyakumangoku sake, so I bought it 💰.
This sake is a collaboration of rice from the Kazuma Sake Brewery and sake made by the Okazaki Sake Brewery.
So many things have happened this year...

I opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious 😊.
I can't judge Takeba because I haven't had it yet, but I can feel the Shinshu Kamerei-like flavor: ☺️
Light mouthfeel and juicy fruity taste😊and a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.
I think it's a bit like Hitogokochi, which is a bit sweeter than Shinshu Kamerei. I'm not sure if I remember it right, but whatever it is, it's delicious 😋.
I wonder if I would have had a different impression if I had also had Takeba? Next time, I would like to try Takeba by Kazuma Shuzo...
