The other day I went to a local liquor store and found a bottle of Shirakiku Honjozo from Okunoto 🤔The production date on the label had been corrected with a ballpoint pen to say the year it was released from the warehouse 😁I was given a valuable sake 😋.
It has a soft, mellow, umami taste with a hint of sweetness, and I think it's a good sake for any dish 🥳.

I think I have seen this Honjozo for the first time 🤔The other day, Shirakiku Jungin from Okunoto, brewed on behalf of Yukawa Sake Brewery in Nagano Prefecture, was on sale 😚👍The tank seems to be safely elsewhere😇.
