Purchased this sake after receiving a recommendation at my usual liquor store.
It was thought to be a floral sake, but the aroma was not too bright and the taste was full of rice, but the aftertaste was crisp and refreshing, as is typical of Niigata sake.
It has a slight bubbling, and the aroma is typical of rice.
It has a refreshing taste and a weight that is heavy for its strength, so it seems to be a daiginjo that is very drinkable.
Alcohol content 13%.
Polishing ratio 50%.
