Kumazawa Shuzo, a brewery in Chigasaki, Shonan, opened a bottle of "Yokohama Soul" brewed with Gohyakumangoku from Yokohama.
It has a soft mouthfeel and a gently expanding rice flavor. The taste is gentle and clean, betraying in a good way the impression of sake rice produced in Yokohama.
