This sake is a winter sake limited to 3000 bottles and lot numbered. It was recommended to drink it last because of its alcohol content of 19 degrees. It looks quite a strong face. It is taiyoro.
The aroma is al-sweet slightly bitter. The aroma itself is not strong, but you can feel the strong flavor coming through.
The mouthfeel is sweet and bitter. The attack is strong, but after that, the sweet and bitter taste is even stronger.
Sweet! Bitter! Alcoholic!

This is intoxicating!
It's not good if you drink a lot of it, and it's not a drink you can drink a lot of, either, because of its flavor. But it's delicious!
It's not exactly Ghibli, but I can compare it to the dimensions of "Cagliostro's Castle". It is robust, hard, masculine and playful.
