At the end of my summer vacation, I went to Nagano to see a friend. We stopped by Zenkoji temple, but it was a day trip and we didn't have enough time to see all of it😅.
Well, what I brought back was Seimasamune. Cool name and label. I decided I've never had apple acid yeast before 🙂.
It has a very gentle taste. Apple-like sweetness and acidity. I feel like the sweetness is on the surface and the sourness is hidden. Delicate 😋 well surely fruit apples are not that sour 🤔I thought it was a bit too sweet for me so I added ice. I wonder how it would taste with soda?
