Kana Maki
Appearance: Sound, pale yellow, transparent, slightly viscous
Nose: Sound, slightly fragrant, green apple, muscat, yogurt, faint banana, and sellefeuille, with hints of acidity and sweetness.
Mouth: Sound texture, smooth but crisp, sweet and slightly strong acidity, then bitterness, with a short aftertaste.
It's a refreshing sake, but the aroma is of the slightly higher type. However, the aroma may not be as obvious and strong as that of kunshu.
Warmed sake is also a challenge. It has a sour taste, but it's also full, so it's a warmed sake that is easy to drink without being too harsh.
