I rewarded myself with a bottle of Shinsei.
It has just the right amount of sourness, refreshing and delicious!
I imagine the ecru is rather easy to buy among the shinmasa, but still I only see it once every few months 😂.
So I have to have some reason to open a bottle 🙄.
