Aizu is a series based on the concept of "brewing Aizu.
I have only seen Daiginjo before, but it seems that the brand has been expanded and developed this year.
The aroma is quite gorgeous.
Fruity aroma with melon and a bit of citrus acidity.
The taste is also fruity and mildly sweet and umami, but the acidity is relatively high, not quite sweet and sour, but refreshing and clean.
It is very easy to drink and delicious!
It is a delicious sake that surprised me as much as the first time I drank instrumental Masamune.
