もよもよI have had otters before, but I don't remember much about them. I happened to have a chance to drink it, so I recorded it here. Otters are said to have a stable, data-driven production system that allows them to make sake without a toji (master brewer). The brewery makes only junmai daiginjo, and although it is a large company, I think it is the one and only brand that has established a high-end sake line.
The bottle I received happened to be one that had been sitting for a year, and it was very tasty with a sweet aroma and fruity flavor. It was very tasty with a sweet aroma and fruity flavor. It was fruity at room temperature and refreshing.
I think the production volume is reasonable, but it is wonderful that this kind of sake can be produced on a stable basis. It was a very tasty sake.
