よく行く酒屋に正雪のひやおろしを買いにいったら今年は仕入れないとのこと。。。 かわりではないが、志太泉がこれでもかと並んでいる。オーソドックスな純吟からひやおろし、新酒かどうかわからないが生原もある。 店員に燗酒のお勧めを聞くと山田錦純米生原が良いとのことで購入。 飲むまでは、ひやおろしにしとけば良かったかなーなんて思っていたが、、凄い酒だった。甘さと旨味が抜群に良い。山田錦の 暴力だ。この酒を飲むと他の酒は飲めないと思う。無敵の燗酒。

Great sake, violence of Yamadanishiki, unbeatable heated sake.... I'm curious. I also like Shizuoka sake, I also like Shizuoka sake, and Shidasen is a good Shizuoka ginjo-shu that is also delicious inside and out. And the heated sake is unbeatable.

Come to think of it, Shidaizumi once had a rich and delicious sake called Kairyu! It was quite rich in rice flavor, If it is from that lineage..., I'll try to see if I can get some.

The elegant sweetness of Shizuoka Ginjo and the rich flavor of Yamada Harazake are very, very good. As a strain, it is similar to Kaiun's unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. Hiraccio, there are a lot of different Shizuoka sakes. To be honest, Shidaizumi was not on my radar.
