Koei Chrysanthemum after a long time.
I went to a liquor store that I hadn't been to for a while recently for Takachiyo, but they didn't have any good ones, so I bought Koei Kiku.
I have an image that it is too sour, but this one is not so sour and is very good. It has acidity, but it's not too pronounced, and there is a sweetness to it that is refreshing. It's orangey 🍊I like it the best of all the Koueikiku I've had so far.
However, it doesn't go well with seasoned nori....the smell of the sea comes out on the wrong side. Tofu and cheese go well together.
