It was made with yeast No. 6. When the bottle is opened, the aroma is gorgeous. Slight bubbles and sweet and sour taste spread at once. It reminds us of Shinmasa because of the No. 6 yeast. After the second day, the bubbles become less fizzy and the sweetness increases all at once. This is delicious in its own way. It would be good to compare it with the No. 7 yeast.
