Chiyonohikari無濾過生酒 しぼりたて

I bought a bottle of Chiyonomikari during the sake brewery tour yesterday.
Since I was in the area, I bought a bottle of fresh sake.
It's unfiltered, so it's almost exactly as it should be?
Fresh, slightly carbonated, but strong!
So sweet and thick, but easy to drink.
But it's probably dangerous because it's 18 degrees!
It's also a bit yogurt-like.
Delicious!
