I bought it because of its nice label. This is the first time to taste it.
Polishing ratio 70%.
The aroma is not strong but fresh.
In the mouth, there is a strong sense of gas, a full flavor of rice, acidity, and a little bitterness to finish.
This is delicious.
This morning, the mountains visible from my house were covered with snow for the first time this season.
So the label says to pair it with a glass of wine and cheese, but it went down a gut with oden. ‼️Summisen🙇💦💦.
