Souvenirs of your trip to Nagasaki
Went to Amu Plaza in Nagasaki Station 🚙 to buy lunch and souvenirs.
I bought sponge cakes and ate Goto udon noodles before going to the liquor store in Amu Plaza 🍶.
This liquor store only had three types of Nagasaki sake: Yokoyama, Kinegawa, and Rokujyosu, so I bought two types (Rokujyosu and Kinegawa) that they said were only available at the liquor store!
I opened this bottle as soon as I got home 🍶.
As described, it is a classic type of sake!
The acidity is followed by umami and sweetness, but there is also a strong spiciness from the alcohol!
Better chilled (room temperature) than chilled 😋.
Since it is an unfiltered sake (this specification seems to be original to the sake shop), it has a robust and solid taste and is very drinkable!
Classic sake is good sometimes 🥰.

The year before last, my trip to Kyushu ✈️ had to change the itinerary due to typhoon 🌀 and I couldn't visit Nagasaki city 🥲 so I would like to plan another opportunity 🤗It's good to have a classic local sake and reflect on the trip 😚.

The trendy lactic acid flavors are great, but the classic flavors are also good for the coming season 😁.
I was shocked to see that Nagasaki has more stores in front of the station than Kumamoto 😅.
